Kindly reach out to your center or training provider regarding any issues with receiving your certificates or exam results. If there’s been a processing or delivery problem with your documentation, your center can contact us to explore this matter further.

If you have any complaints or feedback about our service, please get in touch with us so that we can address it through our complaints and feedback procedure. When reaching out, please provide the following information if available:


  • Details of the complaint or feedback
  • Your full name and learner reference number (if applicable)
  • Name of your college, center, or training provider along with the NVQ UK Qualification approval reference number
  • The qualification or unit title and qualification reference number
  • Copies of any relevant supporting documents.

We assure you that:

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two working days of receiving it.
  • You will receive a full response within 30 working days. If this timeframe is not feasible, we will inform you after 15 working days.
